DALLAS - After going seven games without drawing a technical foul, Arkansas Coach John Pelphrey was called for his fourth of the season in the Razorbacks' 85-78 victory over Baylor on Saturday night.

Pelphrey was called for a technical with 8: 58 left in the first half when he argued that a Baylor player should have been called for a foul for going over Darian Townes' back on a rebound.

"I wasn't trying to get it,"Pelphrey said. "I didn't agree with the play. But I wouldn't say I was vicious or anything."

Pelphrey drew three technical fouls in the first six games, against Wofford for being out of the coaching box and against Providence and Missouri were for being overly animated with his arms and hands.

Officials have been instructed to crack down on bench decorum this season and hold coaches more accountable.
