— ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Lighted boats to parade on Beaver Lake The Christmas Lights Boat Parade will be held at 7 p. m. Dec. 5-6 at Prairie Creek Marina in Rogers. This unusual floating Christmas parade will feature boats decorated with Christmas lights and designed as parade floats. The boats will move through Beaver Lake from the Prairie Creek Boat ramp to Coppermine Lodge and back. — ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Breakfast with Santa set for arts center The Arts Center of the Ozarks in Springdale will offer children four opportunities to have breakfast with Santa Claus on Dec. 6. Children and their parents can eat with Santa at 8, 8: 45, 9: 30 or 10: 15 a. m. There also will be an opportunity for children to have their picture taken with Santa and tell him their Christmas wishes, as well as create three Christmas craft items, listen to songs performed by the ACO Youth Choir Carolers, watch a short Christmas production by the ACO Youth Acting Class and win a special raffle prize.
