Proceeds will go toward a sustainable science fair scholarship program, which will provide scholarships and awards for sustainable science fairs at local schools. Events include the Green Bean Ball from 7-9 p. m. Friday; a ribbon cutting for East Square Plaza and a Project Water Education for Teachers presentation on water conservation, both at 10 a. m. Saturday; a children’s theater workshop from noon-5 p. m. Saturday; a moonlight street dance from 7-9 p. m. Saturday; and a “Power to the Feet” art bike parade at 11 a. m. Sunday. — ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Decatur Bulldog Days begin Friday The second Decatur Bulldog Days will be 10 a. m.-7 p. m. Friday-Sunday at Veterans Park in Decatur. The festival will include arts and crafts, rides and a talent show. A poker run will begin at 9 a. m. Saturday, followed by the second Bulldog Days bike show from 10 a. m.-noon. Cost for the bike show is $ 10 to ride; the poker run costs $ 20 per rider and $ 10 per passenger. Admission is free. The fifth annual Decatur car show will be 10 a. m.-3 p. m. Restore Humanity will host its third annual Harvest Zinfandel Tasting from 7-10 p. m. Friday at Pratt Place Barn, 2231 W. Markham Road in Fayetteville.
