Big Brothers, Sisters names director Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas on Monday named Erin Rongers as its new executive director. Rongers began working for the agency in August and is responsible for program development and implementation, financial management and resource development. Rongers holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in recreation from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She worked at the Donald W. Reynolds Boys and Girls Club before joining Big Brothers Big Sisters.
