— ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Eureka Springs center reopens Blue Spring Heritage Center reopened Wednesday after floodwaters that have covered the park since March 17 receded. The center is open 9 a. m.-6 p.m. daily. Admission is $ 7. 25 for adults and $ 4 for children ages 10-17. Children ages 9 and younger and Carroll County residents are admitted free. The park recently added a dive documentary showing divers who descended 200 feet into the spring. The center also will host a memorial powwow Sept. 26-27.
