Volunteer fire department hosts dinner The Northeast Benton County Volunteer Fire Department’s catfish and chicken dinner will begin at 10 a. m. on Aug. 9 at the Northeast Benton County Community Center, 17823 Marshall St., Garfield. The dinner will feature barbecued chicken or fried catfish served will cole slaw, potatoes, hush puppies, a roll and a beverage. The chicken dinner costs $ 5, and the catfish dinner is $ 6.
