Family Fear Factor will be today with room for 12 family teams of four. Teen Fear Factor is geared toward ’tweens and teens ages 9-17 and will accommodate 15 participants. Contestants will be chosen at random via drawing. Contestants will receive a gift card for participating, and a grand prize will be awarded for first-place finishers. — ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Celebration follows West Fork cleanup The third annual West Fork Watershed Celebration and Cleanup will begin at noon Saturday at Riverside Park in West Fork. Volunteers are needed to help with the cleanup. Volunteers should bring gloves. The cleanup will be followed at 2 p.m. by kayaking, fly fishing, canoeing and water ecology classes. The West Fork Fire Department also will be selling food. Live music begins at 6 p.m. More information is available at www. wfepa. org.

— ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Lunch, Red Cross tips through summer The Bank of the Ozarks and the Northwest Arkansas chapter of the American Red Cross will cosponsor nine Community Appreciation Days throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Red Cross volunteers will provide information on safety and disaster preparedness, register residents for cardiopulmonary resuscitation classes and be on hand to answer questions about family emergency preparations. The Bank of the Ozarks will provide free lunch during the sessions.

Community Appreciation Days will be from 11 a. m.-1: 30 p.m. Dates and locations for the events are May 23 at 7154 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale; June 6 at 800 N. 47 th St. in Rogers; June 20 at 1010 S. E. Walton Blvd. in Bentonville; July 3 at 2060 N. Crossover Road in Fayetteville; July 18 at 2501 W. Pleasant Grove Road in Rogers; Aug. 1 at 405 S. W. 14 th St. in Bentonville; Aug. 15 at 791 W. Lancashire Blvd. in Bella Vista; Aug. 29 at 3474 W. Wedington Drive in Fayetteville; and Sept. 12 at 3567 W. New Hope Road in Rogers.
