War Eagle day planned for Saturday War Eagle Appreciation Day will be held from 9: 30 a. m.-7 p. m. Saturday at Withrow Springs State Park on Arkansas 23 near Huntsville. At 9: 30 a. m. there will be a guided float trip and a stream clean-up of the War Eagle River. Shannon Wurst, the Mountain Gypsies and Crossroad Country will perform from 2-7 p. m. at the park’s Crossbow Pavilion. Arvest Bank and the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce will hold a cookout from 4-7 p. m. War Eagle is a part of the Beaver Lake Watershed. More information is available at www. bwdh 2 o. org.
