Coughlin, Wal-Mart settle suit on trial's opening day
Thursday, August 21, 2008 | BENTONVILLE — Attorneys for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Tom Coughlin settled a lawsuit Thursday aimed at keeping the former company vice chairman from collecting millions in retirement benefits.
